Terms and Conditions
There is a $25.00 cleaning fee added to each booking.
20% Deposit is required to secure a booking and can be made by Direct Deposit or by Credit Card over the phone or via Square. (Credit Card payments incur 2.3% charge).
Payment of the Deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
If you have to cancel your booking due to Covid-19 lockdown, your deposit will be refunded up to one day prior to arrival.
Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 7 days prior to occupancy. If not, Kindra Apartments has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re- let it.
Kindra Apartments will make every effort to ensure the apartments are available as booked. However, we reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
Check in time is 2:00 pm – or earlier by arrangement
Check out time is until 11:00 am – or later, by prior arrangement
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions:
Pet owners: please clean after your pet and make sure that the yard is left as you found it.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional charge.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants’ responsibility during their stay.
Cancellations policy for up to 7 days stay bookings;
Up to 2 days’ notice- No Charge (Except for Christmas & Easter periods, School holidays and Ganmain show weekend where $50.00 cancellation fee applies).
Less than 48 hours’ notice, the cancellation fee is 50% of the apartment daily rate*
Less than 24 hours’ notice –No refund
*An extra $50 fee applies on booking cancellations for Christmas & Easter periods, School holidays and Ganmain show weekend.
Cancellations for stays longer than 7 days:
Up to 7 days notice – No Charge
Within 7 days notice - no refund, unless apartment is re-let for the whole period.
Facilities & Services
* Tea and Coffee in the apartments are Complimentary.
* A variety of Breakfast packs are available for purchase from Reception, Prices start from $7.70.
* BBQ's in enclosed courtyards.
* Huge Cinema screen and projector in BigScreen apartment.
* All linen and towels supplied.
* Apartments are cleaned before/after each stay. If you like the apartment to be cleaned whilst your
stay we will charge a $30.00 cleaning fee.
* All laundry is washed and dried but not ironed.
* There is a fireplace in each apartment. We would love to start it for you upon request. You will need
to maintain it (wood supplied). Alternatively, you are welcome to use the reverse-cycle
